We are not the developer or official customer service of any antivirus brand unless explicitly stated. We provide guidance, installation, activation, renewal and troubleshooting assistance for consumer antivirus software. Service fees are quoted separately from the price of any third-party software. Both will be disclosed in writing before any charge.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase paid Services from us.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
- All prices are quoted in the currency stated at checkout or in our written quote.
- Third-party software prices are set by the software vendor and may change without notice.
- Payment is due before Services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason.
5. Refunds
Refunds for our service fees are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment where the Service has not yet been delivered. Refunds for third-party software licenses are subject to the software vendor's policy. Contact support@protectionplans.online to request a refund.
5a. Advertising partner
Advertising and lead-generation activities for ProtectionPlans.online are operated by our authorized advertising partner, Drive Safe LLC. If you reached this Site through an online ad, a call extension, a click-to-call number or a landing page, that ad may have been served and tracked by Drive Safe LLC on our behalf. Drive Safe LLC is solely responsible for the placement and measurement of those ads; ProtectionPlans.online remains solely responsible for the support Services you purchase. Drive Safe LLC does not set Service prices, deliver the Services, or hold any affiliation with the antivirus brands referenced on this Site.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when requesting Services;
- Keep your own backups of important data before any troubleshooting work;
- Comply with the end-user license terms of any third-party software you purchase through us;
- Use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes.
7. Third-party software
Any third-party software purchased through us is licensed by its publisher, not by ProtectionPlans.online. Your use of that software is subject to the publisher's terms and privacy policy. We make no representations beyond the publisher's published claims.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (excluding third-party trademarks and logos) is owned by ProtectionPlans.online or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
